If you are a new client and are interested in booking any coloring services such as full highlights, partial highlights, color correction, balayage, double process color, creative color, one step color demi/permanent color you will need to schedule a consultation with master colorist Dyolis Medina. This also applies to any services including a keratin treatment.

We do require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for keratin treatments and color services with Master Colorist Dyolis prior to the date of your appointment. The deposit goes towards your services and you will pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment. If you have to reschedule your appointment to another date the deposit will still be valid for that date in which you reschedule your appointment for.

Terrell Norris

Curly Hair Expert

If you are a new client and are interested in booking a curly cut with curly hair expert you will select "first time curly cut" this service Includes a curly cut, scalp detox, curly lesson and a curly style. The hair is cut in its natural state which means there is no heavy creams or gels on your hair, the hair should be fairly detangled and dry when you arrive to your appointment. You should also avoid coming in with any styles that disturb your natural curly pattern; this can be braids, ponytail or buns.

If you are a new client and are interested in booking a curly style with curly hair expert Terrell Norris you will first need to book a first time "curly lesson". This includes an extensive lesson on how to properly style your hair, which products to use and avoid in addition to the overall health of your hair. This service also includes the curly style.

If you are a first time client and are interested in color services you will need to book a consultation with curly hair expert Terrell Norris.

Trae Sims

Stylist

If you are a new client and are interested in booking extension implementation services you will need to book a consultation with stylist Trae Sims. Once you consult with stylist Trae Sims and make your appointment you have the choice to purchase and bring your own hair to your appointment or we can provide it for you. If you do ask for us to provide the hair for you we do ask that you call ahead of time in order to ensure that we have the right color and texture of hair prior to your appointment. Stylist Trae only specializes in traditional sew-ins and tape ins, Trae does not apply wigs.

If you are a new client and are interested in booking a natural style such as an natural up-do, you do not need to book a consultation. Trae does flat twists, two strand twists and straight-backs. Trae does not do individual finger coils, knotless braids, box braids, jumbo braids, passion twits and so forth.

If you are a first time client and are interested in color services you will need to book a consultation with Stylist Trae Sims.

General Information

If you are a first time client and are looking to get a silk press, you will have to book under "Women's Blow Dry". All of our stylists specialize in women's blow dry and treatments as well. We offer a variety of treatments, if you want to get a regular steam treatment you will select "Steam Hydration Treatment". For a more penetrating treatment you can select "Protein", we do offer offer various protein treatments, the stylist will recommend which one to get once you come in for your appointment.

If you are a first time client and are interested in speaking with a stylist regarding the health of your hair and you are not sure which direction to take in regards to treatments, style or even color you can book a general consultation.

ALL consultations are free of charge unless you do decide to book a future appointment for the services which do require a deposit *these services are listed above for each stylist* .
