Service Guarantee/Return Policy
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at D'yolis Hair Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are happy to return most (lightly used) retail products you purchased within 30 days of original purchase.
We confirm appointments via email notice sent approximately three days prior to appointment. Haircuts and Styling must be cancelled with 24 hour notice. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for Custom Color, Creative Color, Hair Enhancement Installations, and Smoothing Treatments. Cancellations without notice or beyond the notification limit may be subject to charges up to 50% of the missed appointment.
A prepaid charge is required for some Salon services and for all D-Studio (50%) appointments. The fee, paid at the time of booking, will be applied to the service charge or will be forfeited if the appointment is not cancelled 72-hours prior to the appointment. .
A consultation appointment is requited prior to all hair color and enhancements services for new guests and may be required as well for other services and guests. Free 10 minute consultations are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. The $25 fee for our 20-30 minute Choice-level Consultation, which can be booked on any day, will be applied to service appointments booked within 10 days after consultation. (All appointments, including consultations, are booked based on availability of salon professionals.)
Right to Refuse Service
D'yolis Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

What's the easiest way for me to make an appointment?
For your convenience, we offer a few options to set an appointment. New clients and those who require a consultation or layered services should CALL (240-828-8023) during salon operations hours. Registered clients seeking routine services can TEXT (301-806-6564) or book online. Our guests services team will promptly answer or respond to your calls and text messages during our office hours.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
To assure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are granted a fifteen (15) minute grace period for a scheduled appointment. Late arrivals could be canceled after 15 minutes and fees my apply.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards for payment of services and products. Gratuity, always greatly appreciated by your service team, must be in cash. (Cash can be acquired from the front desk via debit card for a $2 processing fee.)
May I bring my children?
In consideration of other guests, we request that you do not bring children (or any other guest) unless they are receiving a service. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult.
